Terms of Service

By accessing or using VSRanks (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service lets users create and play interactive games, tournaments, and quizzes. Most visible content is user-generated; we do not pre-screen everything and we do not guarantee that user content is accurate, lawful, or suitable for every audience.

Your content: You retain ownership of content you upload. By submitting content, you grant YP Lab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate third-party intellectual property or other rights.

Copyright and trademarks: Do not upload material you are not allowed to use. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@vsranks.com with the URL of the material, a description of the work, and your contact information. We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material in appropriate circumstances.

Prohibited conduct: You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, harassment, malware distribution, deceptive scraping that harms the Service, spam, or uploading content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or gratuitously violent outside what is reasonably appropriate for a lawful game context. We may investigate and take action including removing content or terminating access.

Reporting inappropriate content: If you see content that violates these Terms or applicable law, email support@vsranks.com with the relevant game, comment, or page URL. We may remove content at our discretion; we are not obligated to monitor all submissions.

Moderation: We may suspend accounts, delete games or comments, or restrict features without prior notice when we believe it is necessary for safety, legal compliance, or integrity of the Service.

Disclaimers: The Service is provided “as is.” Rankings and vote totals reflect participation on VSRanks; they are not objective rankings of quality, expert endorsements, or verified statements about real-world products unless stated elsewhere by independent sources.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, YP Lab and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or zero.

Changes: We may update these Terms or the Privacy Policy; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
